Direct Billing Insurance Companies

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded the number of insurers we now bill directly for your convenience. Through our clinic, we can now directly bill a wider variety of insurance companies, including those that use the Telus eClaims system for streamlined submissions. This service allows us to bill your insurance provider on your behalf, reducing the upfront cost of sessions and simplifying your billing process.

Among the insurers we are currently able to directly bill are:

How to Access Direct Billing

To take advantage of our direct billing services, follow these steps:

This direct billing service is just one way we aim to make access to our counselling and neurofeedback services as seamless as possible. Should you have any questions about the process or which insurers we bill directly, feel free to contact us for assistance.

ICBC Coverage

We see many clients suffering from the psychological affects of motor vehicle accidents. If you have been in an accident and you’re experiencing symptoms of anxiety such as nervousness or fear, difficulty sleeping, intrusive thoughts, nightmares, and/or racing thoughts, or of depression such as low mood, low motivation, social withdrawal, foggy thinking, irritability and/or anger, it is important that you make an appointment for mental health services as soon after the accident as possible as this may impact your ICBC subsidy.

Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP)

Some of our therapists are approved to work with clients on the Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP) of BC. If you have been a victim of crime or are suffering as a result of witnessing a crime, please contact CVAP to apply for subsidy. Once approved, you will be granted subsidy for a number of counseling sessions with a CVAP therapist of your choosing. Please contact us to learn more and to set up your first appointment.
